Installation steps:
(1) First put the metal plate of the original gearbox into the designated position.
(2) Select the friction plate of the corresponding size and stick it accurately into the groove of the corresponding pulley.
(3) Place the bearing in the middle of the device.
(4) Install the original metal plate, limit anti-skid spring and nut in sequence, and ensure that they are firmly installed.
(5) First install the two gears relatively close to each other so that the belt can be put on them, and then adjust the distance between the gears to keep the belt in a tightened state.
Notes:
(1) This product uses belt drive, which can effectively reduce the noise of the gearbox and reduce the shaft effect compared to traditional metal drive.
(2) It should be noted that the power of belt drive is smaller than that of gear drive. If you have high power requirements for your device, please consider purchasing it carefully.
